If you need to arrive late due to transportation delays or need to arrive before business hours, please notify us in advance.

If you arrive before 15:00, you can store your luggage at the front desk.

We only accept cash (NTD) on-site, no credit cards or other payment methods.

Smoking is prohibited within the building. Please smoke in the outdoor smoking area on the first floor.

Eating and drinking are prohibited in the bedroom area.

Our hotel is an eco-friendly establishment, so please bring your own toothbrush and towel.

We only provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser, toothpaste, makeup remover, cotton pads, sanitary pads, and a hairdryer.
Since we are just a small backpacker hostel and not a large hotel chain, we do not have the financial capacity to hire staff for 24-hour shifts. The owner can only manage a 9-hour shift per day, so please understand. Please try to book and check-in during the front desk hours of 12:00-21:00. Thank you for understanding the owner's need for sleep.
Cancellation Policies
For individual guests or groups of 9 people or fewer:

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) before the check-in date to avoid any charges (based on an 18:00 check-in time).

If canceled within 3 days of the check-in date, the first night's room fee will be charged as a penalty.

If canceled within 1 day of the check-in date or if there is a no-show on the check-in date, the full room fee will be charged.
For individual guests or groups of 10 people or more:

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the check-in date to avoid any charges (based on an 18:00 check-in time).

If canceled within 7 days of the check-in date, half of the room fee will be charged as a penalty.

If canceled within 1 day of the check-in date or if there is a no-show on the check-in date, the full room fee will be charged.
